Day 13(yesterday) and 14(today).

I forgot to post the other 5 days, lol my bad, but out of those 5 days I only missed running once.

Breakfast- Oatmeal

Lunch- Gulay w/ Brown rice

Dinner- Subway (over ate myself) NEVER GONNA OVER EAT EVER AGAIN.

WORKOUT: 

Ran 25 mins on the treadmill w/ 2 breaks
